Becky Harding, Founder and CEO
Becky is the founder and CEO of 11:11 Prison Support, established in early 2024. With over a decade of experience in the charity sector, she has dedicated her career to supporting hundreds of individuals both inside and outside of prison.
Our Mission
At 11:11 Prison Support, our mission is to reduce reoffending and strengthen communities by empowering individuals to break the cycle of reoffending. We believe that by providing meaningful, bespoke support and lived-experience insight during custody and on release, we can help individuals navigate the challenges of reintegration; fostering confidence, stability, and positive change.
We collaborate with partners, communities and employers to create opportunities that break the cycle of reoffending.
Non-executive Board
We are extremely proud to have a non-executive board supporting us, comprising of a senior manager in the Ministry of Justice, an employment lawyer, a retired NHS director and a chief executive of a neurodivergent charity.
